Revelo Software Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, applications, and services provided by Revelo Software (“Revelo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using Revelo websites or software platforms, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using Revelo services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Services Covered by These Terms

Revelo provides cloud-based software platforms that support data collection, analysis, accessibility compliance, workflow management, and reporting.

Services may include:

  • iAccessible accessibility monitoring and compliance tools

  • AcquisitionAI procurement research and analytics tools

  • eReviewer grant and proposal review systems

  • CommentsAI public comment analysis tools

  • e-508 document accessibility workflows

  • Optibot assistants and AI-enabled features

  • other applications or modules within the Revelo platform

These Terms apply to Revelo websites, hosted software services, and related tools unless separate written agreements apply.

Enterprise or government customers may also operate under negotiated contracts or subscription agreements.

2. Account Registration

Certain services require creating an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information

  • maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • notify Revelo if you suspect unauthorized account access

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use Revelo services only for lawful and authorized purposes.

You may not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts

  • interfere with platform operation or security

  • upload malicious code or harmful content

  • use the services to violate laws or regulations

  • scrape, copy, or extract data from services without authorization

  • reverse engineer or attempt to replicate proprietary platform functionality

Revelo reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Customer Data

Customers may upload or submit data while using Revelo services.

Examples include:

  • documents

  • datasets

  • survey responses

  • accessibility scan results

  • procurement information

  • research data

Customers retain ownership of their data.

By submitting data to Revelo platforms, customers grant Revelo the limited rights necessary to process that data to provide services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload and process the data they submit.

5. Artificial Intelligence Features

Some Revelo products incorporate AI-assisted features designed to support analysis, automation, and reporting.

Examples include:

  • accessibility analysis and remediation guidance

  • automated review workflows

  • natural language search

  • chatbot assistants

  • classification and tagging tools

AI-generated outputs are intended to support decision-making.

Users remain responsible for reviewing results and determining their suitability for specific purposes.

Revelo does not use customer data from SaaS deployments to train publicly available AI models without authorization.

6. Platform Availability

Revelo works to maintain reliable service availability. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • maintenance

  • infrastructure updates

  • security events

  • third-party service disruptions

Revelo may modify or update platform functionality at any time to improve services.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, platform functionality, design elements, and underlying technology provided by Revelo remain the property of Revelo Software or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant users ownership of Revelo technology.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Revelo services without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Users agree not to disclose confidential information obtained through the use of Revelo services.

This includes proprietary features, platform functionality, and non-public product documentation.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available or independently obtained.

9. Third-Party Services

Revelo platforms may integrate with third-party tools or services.

Examples may include:

  • cloud hosting providers

  • analytics platforms

  • accessibility testing tools

  • communication services

Revelo is not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Revelo services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revelo disclaims warranties, including:

  • merchantability

  • fitness for a particular purpose

  • non-infringement

Revelo does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific user expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revelo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services.

Total liability for any claim arising from the use of Revelo services will not exceed the fees paid for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revelo from claims arising from:

  • misuse of the services

  • violation of these Terms

  • infringement of third-party rights

  • unlawful content submitted through the platform

13. Termination

Revelo may suspend or terminate access to services if users violate these Terms.

Users may discontinue use of services at any time.

Termination does not affect obligations that by nature should survive termination, including confidentiality and intellectual property provisions.

14. Changes to These Terms

Revelo may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes occur, the updated version will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.

Continued use of the services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in courts located in Maryland unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
