Revelo Software Joins CCAP as Vendor Affiliate Member and Technology Partner
Revelo Software has joined the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) as a Vendor Affiliate Member and participant in CCAP’s Technology Partnership Program.
As part of this new partnership, Revelo Software collaborated with CCAP leadership to deliver a technology webinar on February 3, 2026, focused on upcoming U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Title II digital accessibility compliance deadlines. The webinar was designed to help Pennsylvania counties understand evolving accessibility requirements and prepare practical, scalable responses.
During the session, Revelo’s team shared best practices for improving digital accessibility, including the importance of data preparation and document categorization, proactive accessibility training, and advances in AI-driven document remediation technologies. The discussion highlighted how counties can reduce compliance risk while improving digital access for all residents.
The webinar was jointly conducted by Revelo Software and Optimal Solutions Group, a Pennsylvania-based technology firm that holds two Commonwealth of Pennsylvania IT Services contracts. Together, the organizations bring deep experience supporting public sector agencies with accessibility, data modernization, and compliance-driven technology solutions.
